Request from law enforcement agencies

This request form is available exclusively to law enforcement agencies (in particular police and public prosecutors) from Austria and Germany. As a company based in Austria, FIOR Digital GmbH is subject to the relevant Austrian legal provisions and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Official requests are processed exclusively within the scope of the applicable legal responsibilities and procedures.

Requests from authorities in other countries cannot be processed using this form. Such requests must be addressed to the competent Austrian authorities exclusively through the formal national or international channels of legal assistance provided for this purpose.

1. We require proof of the validity, legal capacity, and competence of the authority that granted you power of attorney. In this context, you should prepare the necessary documents to provide satisfactory proof.
2. You must also prove your identity and your powers. We review each case. However, you should always bear in mind that your application may not have the required legal capacity or may conflict with other applicable laws, whether domestic or foreign.
3. You should clearly state what your application is about and what we need to do to help you.
4. You are aware that you may be prosecuted for making an unauthorized application.
